Just wanted it to be slimmer. Biggest mistake of my life. It went sooooo much bigger than it used to be. I did not know cartilage can be stretched and pinching them or too much pressure would worsen or make them bigger. I wish I found this tutorial instead 😢 Now I am trying to find ways to bring back my old, beautiful nose without any surgeries. I may try this soon.

no it has to be surgical tape. i don't do it much anymore b/c it's such a pain. and i've found that if i stretch out my neck and upper back, and massage my scalp, the lymphatic drainage works and i don't need to tape it to keep the swelling down.
It really works - but it's only going to take away any fluids that are building up in the tissue. So it won't change the structure of the cartilage. Try it! Or try face massage to get the lymphatic drainage going so any excess fluids won't build up in your nose.
You just try your best to get it to squeeze into the shade it can handle. BUT, keep in mind that this won't change the structure. It really only pushes out excess fluid that builds up in the nose tissue.
Sure! If you have swelling it absolutely helps. You know what else I found though? If I stretch out my neck, massage my scalp and otherwise massage my face, I find the swelling goes down. It's mostly in the morning that I find it so full. It's the lymphatic drainage that needs to be stimulated in my case.

It will! You know what else? If I massage my scalp and my neck, that also helps I've noticed. Anything to get the lymphatic drainage working again...

i wouldn't..not good for your skin. they have medical grade nose tape on amazon for like $5 i'd do that instead
