Thank man, im cleaning my Lamborghini aventador injectors and that helped a ton :)
Alll the fun of EFI. Hope this helps w the pacer pacing itself. Thanks for bringing us along!
Hells yeah man! Almost got it going again letting the tank dry out 👍🤘
I want this tool! I do a lot of fuel injector jobs and this would be one hell of a diag tool. Let's be honest not very flat rate friendly but COOL AS HELL!!
I definitely need to invest in one of those
Haha heck yes! Use my link if you do 👀🤷♂️
hello what will be you review on this machine I am thinking of buying one so I have been looking around for reviews on this machine thank you for your time.
cool man did not think that equipment was so widely availble
Yeah it’s really cool to have it available honestly! I got a lot of funk out of them!
They don't debur the common rail it's fully of swarf from the drillings. Took the end plugs out of mine and debured/cleaned out the whole rail and added a bosch filter inline. I ran it full wack for sometime before I put an injector anywhere near it. Done loads of tests and still going. It actually has a bosch pump!
Brilliant video thank u 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You’re welcome!
I'm looking at one of these, thanks for the vid. Try mineral spirits. It's cheaper than sea foam and should clean ur injectors at the same time.
Plus it shouldn't foam
Thanks! And no problem. Mineral spirits is exactly what I was thinking about and brain farted big time. Next time I’m doing that for sure! Yeah I saw the foam and was like uhhhhh 😮 😂
Use mineral spirits in the machine to flow test. You can get it at Walmart or Home Depot Amin the paint section. Also I use a purple power 50/50 mix to ultrasonic clean them
Hell yeah! That’s rad I may try the 50:50 mix
@@DickHamm Purple Power has led to corrosion on certain alloys. Simple Green Extreme (aircraft) is the ticket...and I've tried them all. Good luck.
Thanks! 👌
Damn it now I’m on amazon looking to buy one lol
Lol I put an amazon link in the description just for you!
Dick Hamm , I know you love me lol
Hahah but of course! I was like uhh I should put that up good point 🤷♂️
So sick I think I might have to pick one up..
It’s really nice I want one too lol
It looks like when they are all on, the far right rail loses a bit of pressure
I was wondering if u have use the ultrasonic cleaner on the top of it if so what are your thoughts does it do the job pretty good?
Yes I did! I think due to the response on the video I would like to make another as well going into more detail
You're not supposed to use flammable cleaners, they can cause an explosion. They make cleaners specifically for these types of machines. Be careful.
ah good info! thanks for that tip
Hi what type of adaptor to use to fit an 850cc injector that came out from the sr20 motor.I dont know how to fit them on my machine?
I think these machines doesn't have enough pump for high flow injectors!
Its now been 3 years. How has the machine held up ?
Will this machine work on low impedance 160lbs injectors?
Enjoy watching here.. New friend.
💪💪👊
Can this model handle with Diesel Injectors? Peugeot 1.6 HDI? Or is it only for Benzin?
What fluid to use for cleaning injectors..?
I’ve been using seafoam for the sonic, and mineral spirits in the tank 🤘
Can you send me a link to buy the testing fluid please,,
I am not sure what testing fluid is proper to use, I just used seafoam which foamed up pretty hard lol
it is possible to use it on a motorcycle injector?
Yes! The shop I borrowed from is a motorcycle shop
What’s the maximum size injector that the AutoTool Injector tool can handle?
Good question! I’m not sure. I’ve done larger injectors one at a time without an issue. But it has a walbro 255 in it, for reference
@@DickHamm I messaged AutoTool here on CZcams video and they don’t have a particular “maximum injector size cc.” Now I’m assuming it’s more about I guess the cleaning and seeing how even they flow comparing the cylinders and paying attention to the spray pattern to make sure it has the same spray pattern to atomize the air and fuel equally. It’s kind of a mission to see such a tiny almost microscopic spray pattern or to know how dirty or not dirty the injector set is. I’m on the side of getting one of those tools as I plan to build/maintain projects that would benefit from that AutoTool injector cleaner kit. I had decapped side feed injectors and they ran fine for like a year and just over year or so I put a bad batch of fuel and I floored the car it made a weird reaction and I noticed it had worse compression on a piston cylinder soon after. That was about just over 10 years ago and I did not have e85 compatible fuel hose which might have deteriorated and left modified side feed injector stuck open etc., even though it was 90+octane it had 10% ethanol in it for over a year and I once ran AVgas and full e85 during that same time frame. Injector Cleaning becomes more and more important on modified vehicles especially since I learned on a built short block. It’s a way to protect your investment of time and money into your vehicle’s engine(s).
My main concern now is that these are gimicky injector cleaning tools that might clean say a stock OEM style injector to like 42lb injector or like 500cc and under but would not flow say 2200cc Bosch or say Atomizer 5000cc 500lb style like it should with the correct pulse width/adequate wiring and/or frequency. I’m sure if AutoTool can’t answer that question and neither can 90% of the consumers then the machines themselves are “hit or miss” and they might work, but for how long and with what sort of efficiency/reliability? I noticed in a video online results had varied for the user on one of the tests........ one of the last things anyone would want is to be scratching their heads over their injectors right?
@@schmitty_luv Yeah exactly the kind of thing I bought mine for! I figured I for the money I can at least go through and clean and check my stuff. Smaller ones you can def get an idea of flow but matching them and making sure they are clean was my main concern. I think any more than that you would want to get a bigger/different machine
Does this work with fsi engine type injectors?
I’m not sure on that answer, sorry about that
eBay CT150 professional seller can help you solve the problem(

Only sea foam used in this video?
I think so yes!
Mineral spirits to flow and seafoam to clean isn’t bad tho seemed to work pretty well for a cheap easy go
My wife and I both have DI instead of Port injection. I want the ability to clean our injectors at home instead of paying someone else, and have seen this machine quite often in shops. Is this machine adequate and reliable? Any problems or hiccups with it? Thanks!
The CT150 doesn't do DI injectors. The CT160 does. I found this out the hard/expensive way.
@user-bq4xh5fy5b Thank you very much. How has this machine held up for you? It seems to be in every shop, and alot of the automotive youtubers have them.
@@RichPrivilegedWhiteMale It seems well made. Build and holds pressure well. The ultra sonic looked a bit weak but did the job well. Definitely go for the 160 or dearer.
Knobs are on upside down.
This is only for petrol. For diesel there isnt a machine?
The pressures are vastly different I’m not sure what diesel folks do
Could you pls help make some review videos ?
Sure, email me richardhamm225@gmail.com
Those are probably fake injectors. Big issue
I bough one of these off amazon and it packed in after second vehicle, pile of cheap rubbish
