We got the same thing you did, contacted them and went back and forth a couple of times. Today we got an email saying his distributor was making it right, and we should be getting it by the end of the week. And it did, in fact, arrive today. I guess it’s authentic 🤷🏻♀️
Although they made it right [arrived today in the mail], I also thought the signed card would be INSIDE the enclosed CD case. Crazy that Taylor Swift signs the actual CD booklets but not Stephen [although I do realize that may be out of his control]. Will not order from this company again.
I had bought items from them twice and they kept sending me CD's without Autographs, they try to make it right, but won't do an exchange, they jsut give me a refund once i return and makes me purchase again.

My disc is faulty... last track skips although there are no scratches. Just another bad disc from Universal!
