FinShiksha - Infosys - What does Attrition at 27% tell us?

Infosys recently announced it's results for FY22. While the results were decent, the attrition number at 27.7% is what has some important pointers for us in the future.
So what does this attrition tell us?
A 27% attrition rate means that 1 out of 4 employees is leaving the firm. Why are they leaving? And to address this, what are the options that Infosys has?
Infy can either live with this attrition, in which case some other costs, such as hiring, training new employees consistently, cost of sub-contractors, will go up.
They can try to control the attrition, in which case staff cost will have to go up.
Either ways, margins will come under pressure in future.

I got selected in Infosys after 3 technical rounds. But finally they said not selected because they said they don’t have budget to match my salary expectations. No one prefers Infosys nowadays since they hardly gives 4 pc hike. It earned a bad name recently.

my current ctc is 7Lpa then i selected in infosys they offer me 8 LPA .....i have 4+ yr exp in .net i first clear my expectations then they wasted my time.
