The plans look Awesome! Wood sided & shingle or all metal? May want to consider 1 floor drain (work bench/left side). FYI, over prepare the base with rock dust top layer and pack it wet it pack it many times, high strength concrete with fiberfill at min 4” thick (5”-6 better) with double wire layers and 1 piece plasticx2 (no moisture/sweat )… if you cut joints, fill with flexible sealer after concrete is sealed. Consider adding a concrete apron outside front 6’-8’ at least (thank me later). 😉 I’ve got a 32x14 shop/garage floor no joints, m55 =7k+ psi concrete 6” tapered to 5.5”thick. (I packed base 6x -like a rock), the finisher tapered to drain out the door and said “I could park a tank on it and it’ll never crack!”… 25 yrs old and not even a scratch in it! 😊 ( I did all prep and helped with pouring) 🤔 Yes, it is over-kill and No, It ain’t gonna be cheap but it Is worth it! 💪💯 What’s your planned completion date?
Why did you change from the M5 (soaping the deck) to the Xjet (to rinse the deck?) I don’t currently have an xjet nozzle so does it give more rinsing pressure?
nice one boss man so you think the check valve from Cody will be a better buy for me instead of a x-jet. I do a lot of degreasers on restaurants grease thanks in advance.
In your early days with a 4gpm washer could you run it in your area without a buffer tank. I'm to the north of you in mass lots of well water. I have a 4gpm direct drove so cannot run buffer tank. Do you think I'll have issues
You can run a buffer tank with a direct drive, just get a 5gpm 12v pump and feed the PW from the buffer tank, I've had a washer set up this way for years
The check valve replaced the ball and spring valve on the injector and allows for a less restrictive chemical draw which produces a higher ratio at the gun.
You used the left over hot mix (6%) that was in the line to hit the walk way. Then you rinsed the walk way into the grass. Why were you not concerned about killing the grass when doing this? Thanks!
@@powerfulimprovements ok thanks. Every video I watch, guys refuse to rinse roofs because they will kill the grass. Starting to think this hyper caution is just an excuse to leave a job quicker for the next job and leave the home owner with an unfinished process.
@@sebumgold3108 ok. You were asking about the walkway. I did not rinse the roof and very rarely ever do. The reasoning behind that is you want the chem to do its work as long as possible and as it reacts with the organics it becomes inert, losing it potency over 24-48. Then when it gets rinsed down with weather there is little risk to vegetation
What are you doing for grass and vegetation from gutter run off with your roof? Never seen much of that from you and am curious. You are also not rinsing your roof so pressume not running water down gutters.
Like I always say the best i've seen
✌🏼❤️
that back deck turned out great
Certainly
Im liking the new name, South side softwash, motto the cleanin OGs
What do you do about the overspray when Spraying the roof from the ground also run off in the gutters. Especially Spraying 6%
First! Don't be jealous! 😊
Yes you are!
@@powerfulimprovements who me? No.... Ok maybe....yes.😳

Architect is drawing plans now. Will be post and beam on concrete slab. 30 deep by 32 wide. Asphalt shingles. Ship lap siding

That sounds great! Hope you document the process and share it with us! 😇

Exactly. The Xjet is high pressure. M5 is lower

If you dont have an Xjet id get one
@@powerfulimprovements yes sir thank you
Probably a dumb question lol but would you use the check valve on the 2.1and 2.3 also?
Certainly. A draw test would be in order to see what you pull. The check valve typically lasts longer than the ball and spring.

I ran a small buffer. 35g. You can still run a well dry with a 4

Joe, what's the benefit of the check valve injector?
It’s draws a slightly hotter mix
Very interested in what to charge for gutter cleaning per foot. Love you videos!
Hmmmmmm looks like Mr Derry has a project coming soon.
Deery. Yes sir. New project coming soon

Yes they were
Looks like your downstream injector is getting crusty
