Comparing cgl jobs with bank job is like Comparing RBI grade b with bank clerk😂
@@sachitagarwal8940 aisa kuch nhi h, dono ka syllabus mein difference h, aur dono k level mei difference h, sbi po k mains level k di and puzzle , ssc mei nhi puchte h, aur ssc k mains mei jo question level hote h wo bank mei nhi puchte h, both exam are different. So don't compare it.
RBI grade b is far greater than cgl.

I'm afraid I disagree with the Target points because only banking sectors have targets no state government or SSC jobs have these levels of Targets.
In one simple sentence, if you have passion for the banking job only then come to this field, don't come only because of salary, otherwise you will be depressed and finding it very difficult to cope up with due to various reasons.
No one has passion for banking job
Job pressure is better than unemployment pressure

Ma'am maine 5 months pahle join Kiya h bank par itne kam time mw me hi muje lagta h ki mai is sector me servive nhi kar paunga asa lagta hai ki customer hume nokar samaj rahe h kuch bhi bol rahe hai gali de rahe h aur hamara staff hi hamara nhi h bahut boring lagne lag gai h ma'am itne kam time me hi

If you want want huge salary and handle work pressure you can join bank
If you want moderate salary and respect in society than join Ssc cgl (AAO, ASO, ED)

I am working as ja since a year , but i am here to clear the doubts that, the region i am in right now is so good that i get free at 4:45pm and there is no work pressure at all. NEVER IN A DAY I LEFT BANK AT 6. So if you get a good region , you’ll be lucky enough to get free by 4:45.

i am a govt. lecturer meri job me nahi h work pressure me free ho jata hu 6 hrs baad or fir se teach karta hu 2hrs. banking job is not at all preferred due to transfer policies.

Plus, if suppose you sanction a loan and it becomes NPA , or if there are some documentation problems then you'll be the one who'll be tormented and harassed.
