SBI is good job . Other banks have worse working condition.
In one simple sentence, if you have passion for the banking job only then come to this field, don't come only because of salary, otherwise you will be depressed and finding it very difficult to cope up with due to various reasons.

Pehle hum yaha ek exam toh clear karein....fir dekhenge aacha hai ya nahi....
But itne saal ek aspirant struggle karta hai toh automatically koi bhi atmosphere mein daal do he will work there....we aspirants actually are middle class with ruthless attitude....

i never understand why people regard ssc cgl a better level job than bank PO. may be there is better work life balance in there. But If we compare exam question level, SS CGL questions is baccha hai ghungruu babuu bachaaa. compared to Bank questions.
I'm afraid I disagree with the Target points because only banking sectors have targets no state government or SSC jobs have these levels of Targets.

If you want want huge salary and handle work pressure you can join bank
If you want moderate salary and respect in society than join Ssc cgl (AAO, ASO, ED)

I am working as ja since a year , but i am here to clear the doubts that, the region i am in right now is so good that i get free at 4:45pm and there is no work pressure at all. NEVER IN A DAY I LEFT BANK AT 6. So if you get a good region , you’ll be lucky enough to get free by 4:45.
Are madam work karna hai per ese bhi nahi ki 10-8-9pm hojaye , aajkal ek po 11pm or , morning,1am ko aaya office se , ssc cgl only promotion worst hai warna anyday ssc cgl is better , I am banking aspirant but I'll never prepare for po sbi , or even clerk in sbi

i am a govt. lecturer meri job me nahi h work pressure me free ho jata hu 6 hrs baad or fir se teach karta hu 2hrs. banking job is not at all preferred due to transfer policies.
