We take our health and wellness pretty seriously so we decided to do a vegan hiking retreat last year. We really took our health game to the next level for sure! From vegan veggie pizza to four hour hikes, this was an all new experience for the both of us!

Yeah you do you have ‘the perfect Laura croft body’ so that when you dive into some more weight training you will ‘attain that superhero character’. You will ‘come out’ because when you lift weights you produce energy - your body gets stressed so you ‘produce the superhero serum’ - and it makes you into that personality that you really love. It makes your inner self come out into your body.

I always wondered how Jessica looks so young and after seeing how well she takes care of her skin and herself overall it makes sense now
it's also having lots of procedures done. I'm sure she wears sunscreen and uses retinol, too--but Procedures really do help, her skin used to be so different when she was younger.. google close up photos.
