Actually he was younger than 18 because movies can take over a year or longer to make and she was the director of this movie, the boss, the adult. He was probably auditioning at 16/17. Unprofessional to say the least. Definitely grooming.

It’s not the age gap! If they had started dating now it be perfectly fine and classy. However she was like 43 and he was 18! That’s grooming and it’s gross. You can’t pay me as a middle age woman to date a teenage boy even if it’s “legal”.
