the transformer like digimon is actually a fusion digimon of shoutmon and other digimons called shoutmon X4B from a series called digimon fusion(digimon xros wars for the japanese version)

Well tbh it is better to call it a Digi Xross so not to confuse it with Jogress (which is more accurate to be called a fusion I think).

No. This is DM-01, there is a higher rarity DMH-01 which shares a few arts with dm-01, and the imperialdramon is dm-02.
There are also ex-01 packs that have more hits per pack and are sold individually. They only contain dmh-01 though. There are promos but some you have to win in tournaments in China or Singapore and they are very limited. This set is not new, it's been out quite a whole. I've been selling them for a good bit now.
