The judge messed up this time!
Whenever she reads the results she always shuts down anyone clowning, it’s not new. She cares about the well being of the children on the show and when you clown at the end it shows that the baby is in jeopardy, she always states that. Both sides were clowning each other the entire time before said verdict.

Tired of people feeling bad for the perpetrator.
The judge’s approach in this case is guilty until proven innocent. She’s treating him like the father until the paternity test says he’s not but then when the test proves he’s not the father, the judge gets upset with him because they are even in this situation. The judge has REALLY upset me this episode and this is the first time that I’ve been upset with the judge.

It's not like that, guys, it's because she knows the mother is mentally unstable and laughing at her won't help her at all. At the end of the day she is the one who will take a baby home to take care of, and the more mentally unstable she is, the more dangerous it is for the baby.
And this woman is crazy. If they really never did anything, then she created a lie and firmly believes in it, that's delusional and dangerous.
Even in the text messages you can see she simply ignoring what he said that she disagreed with. She just kept on talking about the baby as if he said nothing about leaving him alone and was a willingly, loving father-to-be. Judge was literally trying to not upset the wasps nest even more.

Plus, when you've been accused of something you know you did not do, that produces stress. The stress is even greater with the huge consequences that come if the lie is believed. So, in that moment when you have proven you were telling the truth, the sigh of relief can manifest as laughter.

I have work in the mental health field three years and social services over 20 years and ministry 30 years, the young lady has a problem. There are intellectual and emotional issues involve. There's a very sinister side to this. If it weren't for DNA testing, which has only been around since the late 70s, this man may have ended up paying child support, a massive financial burden. To me she seems to have some sort of mental disability - whether known or not. I got the same kind of "vibe" from her mother, so it could be hereditary. While I didn't particularly like her, I did feel sorry for her - and especially her daughter - and hope that she gets some help.
