Where I live he would still have to fight to get those rights. They weren't married when the baby was born. Even though the dna testing came back he is the father the mother still is the custodial parent.
@@bobbistevens746 he can get visitation if he pays back child support and gets up to date, but he's not going to want to get put on child support. He's going to try to make demands with no rights while claiming he has rights.

I had a friend whose ex wouldn't let him see his baby son. I told him to stop showing interest in him and she will start throwing the baby at him. And that is exactly what happened. Funny how psychology works with highly manipulative people who use their own children as tools of manipulation to hurt others. I was such baby too. There is no love in such families coz the child is treated as an object.

First time I've ever been upset at judge lake for treating this girl like she did something wrong. Judge lake should have commended her for her behavior instead of acting like it was dirty. She said they never stayed in the same bed that they were on different shifts, just because they were sleeping in the same bed does not mean anything.
This was the first case where I have been disappointed in the judge. This grandmother (a term I use loosely) is a real piece of work. The level of disgust I had for the way she demeans everyone and everything is unbelievable. She is a bitter woman. The son better be careful or he will end up alone and bitter just like his miserable and jealous mother.
I cannot believe that the Judge allowed his mother to take over the court and let demean the young lady horridly.

TK Morrison She shares a bed with them at different times. Meaning yes they all have used that bed but not at the same time. Someone could use it in the morning and someone else could use it through the night. Not all people can afford to have different beds to sleep on and it’s pretty common for people to use the same bed at different times without being in a relationship.

The judge doubted the young lady's statement but both the lie detector and the DNA test proofed the young lady truthful. Too many people nowadays don't remember when this was a normal thing. Even as recently as the 1950s, folk were bundling multiple kids in a bed because they couldn't afford more than one. This is not a new concept.
In the 80's I shared a full bed with my two sisters and if company was over it was mom and us three girls. Our brother had his own bed because he was the only boy. It wasn't until I was in high school I got my own room and my own bed.
I don't really see what the big deal was.

MANY poor people work DIFFERENT shift and sleep in the SAME bed, when the other one is not using it... smh she kept sayin' that over and over again, she kept sayin' it in DIFFERENT ways, her story NEVER changed... the judge was dead wrong on this one...
I was also thinking whats wrong with the judge ? They clearly stated its not the sane time ! did she intentionally omit that to creat tension ?

Right?! Try living in NYC on a college kid’s budget. My bestie shared a pull-out bunk bed (IKEA has made them popular now but they existed way before then) and a couch in a studio apartment for two years! The alternating time schedule is the only thing that made it bearable!

Exactly I shared a bed with 4 woman on 2 different shifts we got drafted due to a snow storm and couldn't afford room by ourselves my BFF and I worked nightshift and we left and 2 nurses dayshift went to sleep this was for 2 days

@@featuringsan All the episodes I've seen she let the other party talk when it was their turn and they all for the most part were disrespectful towards the other person. Also on this show and other judge shows people interrupt each other all the time. they don't say something every time unless they themselves cant hear the other person's story.

Alli YAFF because it doesn’t make sense. They might work different hours but nobody works 7 days a week. There must have been days off and free weekends and if there’s only one bed for the two of them, they have to sleep together.

As much as I respect the judge, it angers me that she's too rich to understand that some people don't have beds and its absolutely fine to share a bed in different times or at the same time. My parents let my uncle sleep on their bed during the day when he came from his night shift and they'll sleep on it at night. Also, our cousins slept on the floor/in our beds depending on who went to sleep first for some time when they came to visit. When they're people you trust and consider as family, and when you don't have enough money or don't want them to pay $250 a night to sleep somewhere, you do what you gotta do.
Nah, some people are like that. No sharing cups etc. I thought they were smug but they're just like that. The Belding was probably disgusted about the "affair." The judge perhaps disgusted because you slept in someone's bed. Two entirely different disgusted. My grandma was like that, she doesn't like me sleeping in their bed. Had a friend that doesn't like someone sleeping in his bed. But the Judge should threw and shut the mother up.. she's really confused in there. The case is settle but we never knew who were right or wrong. The Beldings are just petty.

Judge if you are reading this let me tell you that I am very disappointed in how you behaved in this court. I loved your show but today you allowed the son’s mother to disrespect a young lady with words and accusations. The young lady sounded genuine and the mom sounds like a drug user and an alcoholic. And the lie detector and DNA test proved it. You can do better in your future shows hopefully. Also you didn’t even try to see the future for the baby.. you just let that mom get in the way and poison the relationship more. So disappointing!

The judge is not trying anything.... She just wants the ratings so she can keep her job. she really doesn't care about what happens as long as she has good ratings and she keeps appearing in the show
