    One of the great things about Fermented February is discovering new channels. So glad I found you. I have many pickle pebbles but that 4 oz canning jar in the top of my ferments works better than any of them. Thanks for this tutorial.

    I love tomatoes and garlic. I've not thought about fermenting my tomatoes! Now, I simply must try, when the produce comes in the growing season! Thanks for sharing

    I did not know you could ferment tomatoes. I always have many tiny tomatoes leftover in the garden. This will be an excellent way to preserve them. Thank you for sharing.

    I love the two jar idea! I have not fermented anything yet. I love tomatoes. No one else in my household eats them so in the winter I feel that it was not worth purchasing them. So happy to learn a way to make them last longer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

    Wow this is so easy to do. I am famous for buying more tomatoes than possible to eat during the winter months and hate to admit some go bad. Well now I will put them in a salt water brine with garlic and enjoy them another way. Thank you for sharing this recipe and cant wait to watch more of your videos.

    I have fermented for a long time, mostly sauerkrauts with onions, carrots and garlic, kimchi, carrots and other vegetables, but I have never done cherry tomatoes! They look delicious & & LOVE bruschetta. Thank you for sharing🥰

    Great hearing you talk about the health benefits in addition to preserving the harvest. These are so good! I’ve made them and thrown in some fresh basil to throw on some GF pasta. Never thought to put it on sourdough. Thank you for sharing.

    What a great fermenting idea. My husband loves tomatoes and being able to keep them in a fermented way, I think would make the fresher through the winter months when the garden isn’t going.

    Hi Cody, gut health is very important to our family, but I buy kombucha, and other fermented items and it can get a little expensive, so I'm now on a journey to learn all that I can about fermentation. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on the subject.

    This looks wonderful! Seed starting in the next few days. There will be several varieties of tomatoes. Diffinitly fermenting cherry tomatoes this summer! In the mean time organic tomatoes from the store will have to do. Thank you for showing how you eat them. Yummy!

    This is all new to me! Moving to Idaho in 2020, has giving me the opportunity to start a vegetable garden in raised beds! Wow!
