My go to Sana build: rap dog, ice book, eldritch horror, comet, bounce ball, halu, glasses, limiteyd, (s) milk, devil hat, face mask, size stamp, knockback stamp, haste stamp. If you get lucky and get size up enchantments on everything, EH and comet effectively cover the whole screen, your cc's lower the chances they'll make it to the DH radius, and haste will put planets at near 100% up time. Find a nice place to sit and every few minutes or so collect xp
Sana is tied with Mumei for having the lowest base ATK of 0.8 or -20% ATK. While Mumei’s Civilization skill skyrockets her natural ATK, Sana’s Speaker of Space skill bumps her natural ATK up to 1.4 or +40% ATK.
Sana’s main weapon is melee. The extra damage from Anvil boosts and the Growth Upgrade are divided by 2 when Sana’s main weapon is Awakened.
Sana’s Gravity skill ignores the enemies’ knockback resistance. Sana’s Gravity skill has a base damage of 12.5/15/20 for levels 1/2/3 of the skill. Sana’s Gravity skill gains +1 base damage per 10% of the “all area” bonus. Being added directly to the base damage allows this extra damage to be multiplied by early damage modifiers, such as Study Glasses. At their respective max levels, Speaker of Space will give +3 base damage and Knightly Milk will give +2 base damage. This results in Gravity having a base damage of 25 when all three of these are at max level.
Sana’s Speaker of Space skill gives +2% ATK per 1% of the “all area” bonus. Currently, only Knightly Milk and Speaker of Space itself grant the “all area” bonus. At their respective max levels, Speaker of Space will give +60% ATK and Knightly Milk will give +40% ATK.
Sana’s special counts as a ranged attack. Sana’s special ignores the enemies’ knockback resistance. Sana is immune to damage while her special is active, but she can still die from the accumulated damage of Plushie.
Also, I recommend using Anvil boosts on weapons with knockback to help keep enemies away, since Anvil boosts increase the effectiveness of knockback.

I play Fauna and Sana for the endurance runs. Both with Nurse's Horn and Body Pillow.
I have a very specific joke I like to make with Sana’s main weapon, specifically if I up her haste a bunch: She has tapped into the Golden Ratio to create Infinite Spin Energy!

Note: The Knockback stamp is an optional choice. Become Beeg and the primary weapon will be utilized for spacing and prolonged kiting respectively.
