You are wrong on the shared parts, among a fair few shared parts are wheel bearings.

Our point for that was more that very little transitioned from 1 Freelander to the next. Where as most manufacturers, when they go from the Milky Bar Car Mk 1 to the Milky Bar Car Mk 2, it's mostly a new bodyshell and a few tweaks here and there to keep it modern. 😀
