  • 31s faster with 177cc! all TODOs for simple plug and play tuning. 4hp goes 14hp = 2,9x more power :D pnp = exchanging 1,2,3: 1) carburettor 2) cylinder & 3) exhaust

    REMOVAL

    MILLING

    FMP recommends an advanced PNP tuning, in this order:
    1: SI24 carburettor
    2: VMC 177 cylinder
    ...some milling work for carb casing, case porting & piston...
    3: race box exhaust
    4: clutch strengthening
    5: new M7 around crank case
    6: sip v2 fast flow tap
    it got too long ;) so i made 2 parts:
    part a: demounting carb & cyl and milling work
    part b: mounting everything, first start & carb setting tips

    im using 10 inch tire../ 4th gear 36 on mainshaft and muffler polini bigbox what your suggest for ratio ? is 23/65 or 23/64..?

    Have you ever used a pinasco cast 5 port cylinder on a 1980 VNX 1T p125x --made for USA... I'd like to know timing jet sizes for si24/24E with auto lube..

    Premixing in the tank or still using the autolube??
    And if premixing, then what premix fuel/oil ratio??
    Also why use the air filter at all??

    Super. Frage: wäre es mit dem 20er auch gegangen? Ich meine 125er bissl flotter machen. Dachte an den vmc super g und eine Polin Box. Wäre der 20er da noch ok?

    It takes like 10 minutes to take the engine out.... Why go through so much hassle

      where js a lot of hazzle?
      And why taking out the whole engine if you do NOT plan to open it?
      its a few min for the cyl bolts. And a bit for the clutch. Way less work than engine in and out.
