I love this one, because Dave shows that rock n' roll does not have anything to do with reaching a level of perfection musically speaking (his voice was pretty damaged from previous shows and the tour), instead it's all about the attitude and the energy you have on stage to change people's mood and to create a strong emotion during your show. One of the greatest frontmen Rock n' roll ever had.
Yes and considering he’s pretty much deaf too since he refuses to wear earplugs-he’s doing a fabulous job of singing!

Great to see that they deliver it every night, year after year, with as little drama as possible.....
they've definitely been tested with Taylor's passing and everything,
so heartfelt to see Taylor's son drumming on tour with the band.
They are so professional, and going for the glory every chance they get. I gonna give it to them,
they are the core of the rock live business, an absolute institution, blowing through all boundaries of race, culture, status, every human demographic and generation. Everybody respects the Foos, and Dave especially.

The Foo's is the only band that can keep playing the same chord over 1:30 minutes and we all are excited about it. One chord and still better than now days music.

I would have preferred they just quit after Taylor, but it seems he was oh so quickly replaced. I can’t help feeling bothered by what Taylor was talking about before he died… the nonstop touring, the pace, it sounded like Dave just wouldn’t listen… I’m quite sad about it all, I was there for the very beginning of this band.

Drums are weak in this mix especially the snare. It totally changes the sound of the Foo's. I think that is just this recording. New drummer is excellent.

@@Charlee239 I know you gotta do a few hits at the festivals, but Foos have been playing the same set (plus a couple of new songs) for 15 years (night after night) at all their gigs. There's a couple of songs rotation but not much. Bands like Queens and Pearl Jam play some hits but aren't beholdent to keeping at least 15 songs the same every single night

Pretty much every set has Monkey wrench, everlong, my hero, learn to fly, breakout, all my life, times like these, best of you, the pretender. So yeah, 9 songs, so I am exaggerating slightly, but you're only going to get singles from the back catalogue that's newer than that.
