You have to enable play points feature in your play store.
It is enabled it says join for free but I need to put in a credit card thing or gift card

You have to set USA as your google play store coutry. Then you will be eligible for google play points feature. They will suggest you some apps to try out. And for every app install you will get 5 points. When you have 100 points you can redeem 1$

Hello Jerald! First, you will need an android device. Then use vpn to change your play store coutry to US. Then you will be able to join play points and earn points for installing promoted apps. Once you have enough points (minimum 100) you can redeem those points to google play balance which can be used to buy cp. 100 points=1$
