  • Mitchell and I decided to head down to Silverstreet to record their Thunderbolt because why not? There we met with Brendan again, as well as Christopher, Daniel, and Will. Overall this was a fun test, and I never thought I'd be recording this myself. Enjoy!

    Why Brendan didn’t unload his Mosin-Nagant into this thing, I will never know.

    They should install a 3T22 siren while they are repairing the 1003

    Its interesting how this siren has lost so much of its pitch since 2012 but is able to hold it better than before.

    • @SouthCarolinaSirens
      @SouthCarolinaSirens Před 4 lety

      They are keeping it up for as long as they can, which probably wont be very long.

      @@SouthCarolinaSirens I thought I read somewhere that they wanted to get a new one so they weren't going to maintain or fix the siren. Therefore, once the siren had a major failure they could have a reason to get a new siren.

      @@Joethaboss66 it would be the radio death

    • @SouthCarolinaSirens
      @SouthCarolinaSirens Před 3 lety

      If the radio failed, they would most likely fix that. St Phillips 3T22 had a problem like that and they fixed it a few weeks after.

  • @Siren1000T1

    Sounds like that high tone solenoid is stuck in the open position. Other than that, still sounds awesome.

      Its been for about 3 years, I remember when I heard this for the first time in 2017 when both solenoids were working still, was a good bit louder then.
