Man when I see you and abuela I think of my mom she passed away over six years ago I miss her and your grandma reminds me of her and even my boys say that's AMA that's what we called her.

I made this several times my friend from Costa Rica gave me this similar recipe and I noticed that is the same recipe but except for Chile pasilla you added, but everything else is the same. I wish there were a list of ingredients as well as specific measurements because it looks like a couple steps were skipped; from the tomatoes being ripe, to then in the blender you can see a char on them; as if they were boiled or put on a grill for a little bit. looks like a great recipe and I would love to try it . thanks.
