The House is closed to a big road that is bad because of the big PERMANENT noise , but there is a very simple solution called sound absorbtion curtains,if they use very thick sound absober they will have much more comfort . Road noise will be absorb by the glass and the curtains.
I like it. It’s one of the best I’ve seen. I love having so many things already there. My only critique is the bathroom in the open of the living room and kitchen. I like the bathroom tucked away. Other than that it’s nice!👍🏾
The rooms are too small and not square. The toilets are good size. I will remove the kitchen Island table. it is not needed for open plan. What is the service charge for this apartment
