Hello Crystal & Cozey Breeze. Ladies 1st let me apologize for my delay in responding, I did not see your comments for some reason so I greatly apologize. Yes Queens we have to do what we have to do. My hair loss is due to tension alopecia from not properly caring for my hair when I was younger. I put an awful lot of tension on it from wearing extremely long braided styles past my butt that were too heavy to support my edges & leaving them in too long not to mention the tension from not properly protecting my hair with sow in weaves & I'm shame to say but also putting that weave glue in my hair!🥴 I just didn't know any better & I never thought I would completely lose my edges as well as permanently damaging my hair follicles!🤦🏾♀️😭😭😭 So basically I have no excuse, I did this to myself. But praise God we have options to still get the looks we desire despite how we got here. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I'm so happy that this vid was helpful to you both. Finally I saw an example of thin hair like mine. The head bands look really good and the half wigs also. You are a really nice lady who is in my age group (I am 68). I thought getting a long wig would make me feel like I am having a mid life crisis. But you make it look very good and natural. Thank you for your insight and advice. There's many wig headband videos here on YT but honestly your review is one of the videos I come back to continuously. I love your tips and tricks. I've learned so much in this video - what headbands (thickness) to buy, use a wig grip to hold a half wig (I had NO idea I could use half wigs - I'm SO excited!) I especially didn't know I could use a half wig on a PONYTAIL,, sis, I'm excited! Thank you ! This really is a game changer for me.
It's funny how about a month ago I was searching on the internet for a headband wig thinking it would be hard to find since they had faded out. Boy my response was overwhelmed with all these wigs! I had no ideal they were back in this multitude.
I totally agree with you about the combs. I’ve been around wigs since a child…. My Grammie, my mom and aunts would go wig shopping and the combs were thicker metal back on the 90s . So I definitely agree

I'm so glad you do these videos. I just got the the wavy head band wig last week prior to seeing this video. I've been exploring the head bands too, I just never seen anyone try them on, so for this part of the video I am very appreciative. Not all headbands are created equal. Love the wigs you choose too.

Oh my gosh headband wigs are coming back in style I love how you accessorize the U part wig and I sleep I remember talking to my mom about headband wigs and she said oh yeah I was going to talk to you about them and she was like all you know I remember it my day used to have awesome wigs with headbands it was the style back then in the 70s and 60s Noah's Ark wow I thought they came out in the 90s and early 2000s cuz I remember having to stop style my hair with like a scarf or something especially a lot of people use that as like cosplay and any type of performance or something I remember I used to wear them for dance class with my costume which was part of the south costume oh my goodness I'm about to get me some headbands now😍

Btw, I have never told you but the one live you had you said you use the NYX epic eye liner and I purchased it that same day! I freaking LOVE my eyeliner! I used to have to pull my lids to get a precise, thin line but I no longer need to. I also can make the most prettiest wings that I couldn't do before lol.
You’re not wrong about the combs in the half wigs. I had waist length hair but start wearing half wigs after a medical condition caused my hair to break off. We’ll, wouldn’t you know those combs started breaking my edges off. I had to stop wearing them. Good to know I have other options.
I think the only issue I’ll have is wearing a ponytail. Because I don’t have hair in the back so the units just slide right up my lil head and then I’m exposed… ima try those 5.6 inch bands you mentioned.. thank you so much ❤️✨
