Does the lower wheel ever need to be adjusted? Is it possible to adjust the lower wheel in this model? The owner's manual does not mention the lower wheel.
Pity mine never performed like this. I had it 3 days, sent it in for repairs and it came back worse., sent in again and it was even worse. Biggest waste of money in my workshop ever. Only found out a year later that the technician broke the thread on the camber wheel adjustment screw. Out of the box my saw never ever cut straight. Be careful of buying this bandsaw. Never know what you will get. Used to be a big Metabo fan
This Metabo machine is a heap of crap, only good for cutting paper, The instruction book is in code. This is the first and last Metabo product I will ever buy. Don't believe all those super dooper reviews they are clearly sponsored.
Mine came with a bent & twisted base plate, no damage to the packaging either so it was made this way, ive bolted it down to some heavy gauge steel plate so its pulled it straight (sort of) other items were broke on it aswell, such as the plastic prongs on the doors that go into the safety switches I ended up making my own, the blade and wheels struggle to track properly because the casings are welded on pissed, I kid you not, they are real garbage, I was shocked that someone like metabo would put there name to this Chinese junk, i' ll be staying away from metabo also, not to be trusted anymore.

WHY MY METABO IS DRIFTING TO ONE SIDE WHILE CUTTING??? SO MANY TIPS I TRY TO AND NOTHING WORKS.
You have to adjust the total of six sawband guide bearrings properly..
Can you cut steel with it?

And if machine catches fingers without gloves... also bye bye fingers🤷
