Thank you for the superb coverage as always, Caedrel. I'm a new League fan and met your channel during MSI, it's amazing. As a Brazilian this sort of content really helps, as our streams can be very much content-oriented even if we have some good analysis as well.
IMO LOUD's comp sucked ass. The draft itself isn't super bad, but Route and Redbert haven't had many successes with this sort of botlane composition, and I feel like with a stronger team they should've focused on closing the game out early with a landslide. Instead, they put one of their best players on Senna duty for the entire series, left Zeri free against a TK on lane to farm... at some point Route was level 5 and EasyLove was level 8. That is fucking unthinkable.
They didn't draft to their strengths either, Robo's weakside does not shine so brightly, and even if he was target banned with Jax/Olaf... yeah. Fucked up. Felt like they were experimenting and trying to train drafts on stage, from a CBLOL perspective.
Even then, game 1 played as it should despite some misplays, game 2 was a choke, game 3 was pathetic.
Happy to know your thoughts as always. Gives me some hope we might still improve.
The issue with most of the minor regions is their macro that 2nd game should never have been a win for GAM if not both teams seeing only dragon baron and mid lane on the map its as if some virus has hacked the computer and deleted everything else sidelane farm is getting vaporised while we force fights 24/7 which is just pathetic..All these players have mechanical skill but lack of facilities and proper training has brought about a soloq level of gameplay because of which we see them fighting on and on even when omega behind which makes no sense ofc..Its just very sad to see also that senna TK was a horror have they even scrimmed or trained that before senna at 30mins with 1.5 items is just unthinkable like HOW she is at that point a walking cannon minion who happens to heal and shield for 200 hp

Who are substitutes in GAM? I heard that every team in vcs had at least one player cheating with brokers and hence kicked them out.
@@pomni8696The replacement players are ad and mid. In addition, GAM's sp also for the first time in the world. Even experts did not have too high expectations for this team of GAM. It's great that they won.

@@pomni8696 There are many problems that lead to this situation of match-fixing, player salaries are also a part, GAM's replacement gunners in previous seasons only received about $200 per month, but match-fixing is completely wrong. And we're still trying to get rid of it, and by the way, we just had a few more players banned.

LLL may have some of the craziest individual talents to come out of a minor region in recent years. They genuinely are only losing games off of poor decisionmaking and flaccid map play. Some good analysts and a couple splits of working on macro and I can absolutely see this squad making main stage next MSI.
Maybe Brazilians are overrated when comparing to other players in Vietnam or Taiwan. If they played in Asia server, even it's Wildcard one, they would be solely super normal. Super ashamed of them. And one more thing, the salary of GAM's ADC is only $197 per month. I can't imagine how could you live with those pennies... Super talented players from Southeast Asia region like VIetnam. Impressive.
@@minhhao5031 If Loud played in VCS or PCS like they do now, they wouldn't make internationals. That said, I think the individual players have shown both really impressive growth and much more of the sort of fearlessness that lets lower-tier teams surprise the teams at the top *as individual players* than I've seen in other minor regions. I don't mean to offend your region when I say that I think that these guys are some fantastic individual talents and with the right direction, they can be a really really great team.
This is the 4th year they're in MSI and the results are always predictable. Tinnows always steal the show but the cores of the team, top and jungle, get to be the center of attention of the whole team so the guy is always downgraded to mid support, might as well play soraka

@@G2CSFan If it was last year's VCS you would have a point. This is a severely weakened VCS. Over half of their players have been banned by a match-fixing scandal. Half of GAM are practically autofill players.
The team had to sub 3 players iirc. It is fine to be skeptical of a team that has to replace 3 of its main roster just before an international event.
Because GAM has 3 wintraders in their team and now have to sub in 3 new random players, GAM is like at below 40% power. 5 of them barely played together until now.
It’s pretty reasonable to predict LLL>GAM
