You need to introduce Shadow, complete his character arc, introduce Rouge, introduce E-123Omega AFTER KILLING OFF THE ONE FRIENDLY ROBOT THAT CAME BEFORE HIM, introduce Silver, introduce Blaze and then you can make a movie with Mephiles.
