If you enabled Backup Sync (on iCloud or Google Drive) or you've exported and saved backup file - you can simply reinstall the 2FAS app and enable sync (with the same apple or Google account) or import backup file :)
Okay I got a new device download Facebook put in my password and username which is my email using a new browser need to put in a code from the generator that at you got . It has never accepted any code I put in code I have ever put in it

Hi! If you mean PIN for the 2FAS app - the only way to deal with this is to re-install the app and use the 2FAS backup feature to get all your codes back. This is why backup is so important :-)
Hello i just broke my phone screen on my so i have to switch my phone, i tried to reinstall your app but there was nothing in the app. Now i cant access my accounts online, how do i restore it? I cant repair my phone right now since we have covid outbreak in the city.
Try somehow to turn on sync option or export the backup file on your old phone - that's the key to get all your codes to your new phone.

Hi, on mobile everything is exactly the same, every step, the only difference that you might encounter is if you want to use the same device, then instead of using the QR simply copy the long code that is below on the screen and use it to activate on our app.
The point is... We want a tutorial using mobile only.
I lost my access to Facebook and had no backup. What should I do?
Login on the same device and browser you've already used Facebook. FB by default is saving nad not asking for 2FA code on browser and device you've login with 2FA previously. Then disable and enable 2FA. AND TURN ON 2FAS BACKUP!!! :)

It doesn't scan my QR code for some reason...Facebook is forcing me to sign up for "Protect"
Update...I tried 4 different authenticators including Google and Microsoft and none worked. I think Facebook are trying to delete me because of my posts about living in Ukraine, covid19 and "conspiracies" ; )
If you think that this is a problem on the side of Facebook, then, unfortunately we can't do much about it.
