u shouldn't eat pani puri as your main meal lol. Also try to minimise consuming spicy,sour and greasy snacks or meal at the time when you are having acid reflux.If you don't find chemist, try intermittent fasting until you feel relief from heart burn or acid reflux. it helps to some extent
