Its stressfull, lot of things to plan ahead. Suddenly people cant play even tho they said they could etc etc etc.
Some people just arent keen and respectfull enough to play competetively.

You could argue that this is the worst of the worst that it gets for team leaders though, seeing as the ESEA website was being DDOSed because the client that you NEED to join the game was literal malware and one of your teammates left their grandma alone just for you to tell them that they did that for nothing. Most of the time it's a hell of a lot easier unless you have really trashy players (not even skillwise, just availability)

Right. Leading a team competitively requires finding skillful and dedicated players with few or no other commitments in life. Which is definitely hard.
I have been a leader in some competitive games and depending on size, you need to keep recruiting often. Because people have commitments in life and sooner or later they will quit.
It's just a matter of time. Leadership requires experience and knowledge. Inspiring a team to keep going can be very difficult at times.
One need to be respectful about real life issues they might have, be supportive and show care about your team members. Don't need to be a saint, just be a good leader.
This guy is disrespectful of his team, calling them his minions and a bunch of trolls. Then goes on to blame them for failing the match. No wonder they don't respect him back.

I mean you know you have a match, you know when it is, why are you going around doing shit like eating soup at your grandma? And it's not just with matches, people do this shit all the time. Like I cannot imagine that the world just cant exist without you for like 2-4 hours while you do something else.
Even worse they dont even tell you they are not coming, it's too hard taking that 10 seconds opeing up a chat and telling someone they are absolutely unavailable. It's not the fact that they are not coming what's disturbing, it's that they are just not saying a thing.
