WOT Blitz - IS-8 ACE tankers and review

The IS-8 is in my opinion the best of the higher tiers Russian tech tree heavies. Relatively high DPM, good gun handling and also to some extent overlooked tank.. I don't see a lot of players play it, maybe because it only has 5 degrees of gun depression, and not a lot of armor..

I didn't get the IS-8 until after its most recent changes, and tbh I liked it a lot and was pleasantly surprised at how well it played. I def want to play it more and won't be skipping any of the grind on the way to the IS-7. I have not adopted Tungsten yet... I feel like that will take a concentrated effort to get used to. My muscle memory is to hit the consumable button with Adrenaline in mind, and find myself hitting Tungsten only after I have shot since I just automatically do that when Adrenaline is loaded. One day I will focus on that and work it out.

I haven’t played my IS8 in ages, maybe I will give it a go sometime lol, Ive never use tungsten on it so I might try that as well

you should better compare the is8 with the is4. i ddk why they are in these techtree cause also the sti is more compateble to the is7 than to the is4. They is8 and the is4 share the same gun
