I am rank 16 with rahool but without having the helmet in my collections already, I cannot focus it... I haven't done the legendary camPAIN fully yet..

You don’t have to have in collections to focus it. Go to the second page of exotics in rahools and I think you can focus is with an exotic cypher or two to focus it. I did that with titan chest piece from this season

No luck. Even though I can pay for the item, it won’t let me. Game says “Unlock this item in Collections to purchase”

@@batkinson001 you are not looking at the correct page, you should have an arrow pointing to the right on the page that says “Unlock this item in Collections to purchase” if you reset Rahoul, there are two full pages with the same stuff one for pulling items you have unlocked and one for unlocking.
