  • Needed to bleed the brakes a little better on my 2006 Chevy Silverado after replacing the rear drum brakes on it. I bought this bleeder kit a few months ago for another brake job and didn’t end up using it, so, it was about time I tried it out. Let me know what you think!

You can buy a gas vent with a cap, like the ones used on plastic gas cans.

The auto refill needs to work like a water cooler. If you put a hole in it it will drain and over flow the the reservoir. Look at the valve and tube for any restrictions. Make the holes as big as possible. It almost seems the valve should be closed in the down position.

Happy to help, it could work in a pinch but there’s better ones out there. Worth spending the extra for a better one. I appreciate you watching and commenting.

can or im sure you did, clock the lever on MC filler so it goes up when opened.... One thing i notice about harbor is they do the hard part.... and leave the rest to the end user.... almost like a model kit almost built allowing the person to get some satisfaction of assembly

I would have to unscrew the valve and see if the threads are the same. As it is right now it can’t be turned up. The other thing that may help would be to fill the MC all the way to where there valve is actually submersed.. that way it’ll pull the fluid in.

Mine didn't work. Lasted for 30 seconds and started blowing air out the piston under the trigger. Took it back for a refund and was charged a 20% restocking fee.
    Would not recommend.

Yeah, not the best product and the 20% restocking fee for some of their items is BS too. The little air tank I bought had one too and it had a crappy hose on it that wasn’t even the one pictured. And they were gonna charge me the 20% to exchange it for the exact same one. I love harbor freight for a lot of things.. but sometimes.. well, you know… lol
