My Favorite white sauce pasta recipe now. My 3 yr kiddo loved it. Thank you chef for this healthier ( without maida) version. It was yummm... I have also tried your other kumaouni dishes also. And they all just tasted very nice. Easy to cook and utterly delicious 😋 😊

I like this healthy version of Pasta Primavera, with a non-traditional Alfredo.
Oats are great. Whole wheat pasta is even better than processed flour. No, it doesnt taste bitter.
Missing: chopped Italian Parsley. If unavailable, then coriander is a suitable substitute.
Also, traditionally, classic Alfredo Sauce calls for White Pepper instead of black. The latter is great with the Marinara Sauce as it gives that welcome kick.
