Ku’Lani Beach Resort & Hangout is an adult-only, all-inclusive, destination with a unique, open lifestyle community that accepts all avatar types and sexual orientations. The community is based on building relationships and connections with every guest and welcoming them with open arms.
All public spaces are MyStory enabled with an open-air cafe patio, complete with snacks and beverages to fulfill your MyStory stat needs. There is also a nearby boardwalk market to buy and sell your MyStory products, grab a snack, or cook your own at one of the available cooking tablets.

No matter how often or infrequently I’m able to log in, when I go to Ku’Lani, I always have a sense of peace. The atmosphere of the sim and the warmth and friendships of the people there makes me feel like I’m home. ❤❤

I love love love this spot. Ku'lani is such a nice, friendly atmosphere. I go here to zen my mind from irl struggles and when I occasionally need a break from everything else isl. It's truly a warm happy family and I wouldn't trade this place for the world. TO KU'LANI!

Absolutely love Ku'Lani. It's my favorite place in SL. So warm and accepting. The events they have are out of this world. There is so much to do there. I am still a baby in SL, but this is hands down the best place to hang out.

I was lost in SL for a few years before I found Ku'Lani. That beach has become my home and my haven. I can be me without fear. When I'm there I feel comfortable, and happy. I have a family that I can vent to, learn from and love. I will never leave Ku'Lani. It's my forever home :) Love you all!!

Ku’Lani has always been open and welcoming place for everyone. Lane has been doing a great job for years back, but she finds the way to keep friendly around and that is probably what is making this place so special - the whole regular crew is always friendly and fun. I have been in Sl for just over 12 yrs myself, I have been a lot of places that claim to be family, However I have to say this is the one place I always feel welcome and appreciated for just being myself. I am a DJ at Ku'lani as well a motor mouth, I am there most of the time just because I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them. This is hands down the best place in SL to hang out, chat, have fun. I love it so much and the Staff are Top Notch too. I would recommend this place to Everyone in SL. Come and see what Freedom to be yourself really is. I love eveyrone here.

What a great family!! I am a DJ at KuLani, and I left for a lil bit but missed my KuLani family, and ended up coming back, I need to explore even more since I came back to the family. I found Ku'Lani 6yrs ago while I was wandering around looking for a place to hang out. Ku'lani for me, even that long ago, being at Ku'Lani was like stepping back into an old friend's embrace. Like visiting a relative you hadn't seen in ages. The warmth, the acceptance, the compassion. I've never found a more beautiful group of people. This is my home, these people are my family and friends. ♥

I absolutely agree Bolt. Ku’Lani was created for all adult avatars no matter what you look like. There is a human behind that avatar. That is what we focus on.
I can kind of understand if there is a specific roleplaying community, centered around a theme, and if there is a respectful reminder perhaps when someone shows up not matching that theme. But YES totally agree with you about fun and enjoyment and also these intentional RP places = sometimes I guess they could be a bit NICER instead of booting someone without or little warning ...
Our only theme is come on in and make yourself at home.
I forgot to mention: the music bed I used for this video is of course the great Toni Harper with her rendition of "Can't we be Friends" which she recorded with the Oscar Peterson Quartet, recorded in 1956!!! Some of you may know Toni's connection to Second Life. If you don't = investigate. Please :)
Drax you never miss a beat!!!!! So many people have made Ku’Lani home since the video. For the holidays we are here for those that are alone. It is such a humbling experience to meet amazing people with all different interests that find interaction and fun in a safe place. Definitely check out Toni Harper too :)

I've been on SL for 15 years and it's really a breath of fresh air to see people so accepting of who we are in SL and the person behind the avatar. Really inspires me to start looking into the communities again. I've always had a non-human avatar and over the years, I've caught tons of shade from random people just because of my avatar. I have very deep reasoning behind having the avatar and sticking with it. It's one of the few forms of art I can express the troubled past I've been through. There are great people behind the avatar. You can't just look at the surface.

We definitely have private places at Ku'Lani. You can interact or you can spend time alone
I have brought my sl girlfriends and partners here over the years. Its one of the few nudes beaches that you can wear clothes
