Any missile that flies on a predictable trajectory can be shot down. IE intercontinental missiles, etc. That's why next gen hypersonic are terrifying. They can stay hypersonic while changing direction to reach its target.

Hypersonic missles have to carry smaller warheads so they generally are conventional warhead missiles.
The newest Russian Federation missile, the R28 Sarnat Satan 2 can be launched from downtown Moscow and reach MidTown Manhattan in 27 minutes.
If the R28 is detonated 1 mile above NYC all human life from Zero to Seven miles dies just from the Shockwave.

easy.. the speed of the satellite matches the rotation of the earth... 100 miles above ... my son worked at the NRO and another extended family member worked at centcom.
i didnt graduate high school.. but let me take a guess... you move the satellite over north korea... then you match the satellites speed with the rotation of the earth so essentially its "parked" over north korea because its moving the same speed as earth rotating.
