How can people even pick teams? It's impossible to choose between Will and Jem. I love both of em too darn much!

WHY IS EVERYONE SAYING JEM DIDN'T HIT WILL. *SPOILERS* WILL WENT TO WHITE CHAPEL AFTER HE SAW HIS SISTER HE RAN FROM THE TRAIN. JEM AND TESSA GOT WORRIED WHEN HE WAS MISSING AND THEY USED A TRACKING SPELL TO FIND HIM. WHEN THE FOUND HIM, WILL WAS ON THE YIN FEN THINGIE AND JEM THOUGHT HE WAS DISGRACEFUL AND WILL WAS ACTING LIKE AN IDIOT SO HE SLAPPED HIM. *NO MORE SPOILERS* DID ANYONE ACTUALLY READ THAT LIKE WHAT

ur right☺...but maybe because the trailer had positioned the hitting scene after Will had kissed tessa that's why it made the viewers confused☺...

Jem is supposed to be half Chinese, half British right? Sighhhhh please make a movie though! Honestly, I thought this series was much better than City of Bones (although I am obsessed with that series as well).

I freakin' adore this trilogy because it's so unpredictable, especially the love triangle. Never before have I felt such conflicting emotions towards the two males in a love triangle. I am more moved by Will's love for Tessa and I think the reasons why he grew to love her so much are more heartfelt, and I love how they share a love for books. Even though I do wish that they end up together, I know I'll be tearing up for Jem too because he deserves all the happiness in the world. Oh my goodn

Love the last part, where Tessa burned her to feel pain because she was so numb and shell-shocked after Will tells her he loves her. Look what affect he has on her. Did she become like that after Jem proposed? NO. It's Will she loves and wants to be with, truly.
Oh and I am TEAM WILL. He's the best character I have come across in a story for a long, long time!

um actually in the book its described tessa didn't realize he was half asian because he didn't have strong asian features
jo22k silver hair and eyes made him look less asian and possibly not as strong asian features cause his dad was british.

the book said that she was slowly falling for Jem too, so when Sophie asked her is she broke Jem's heart yet, she said no, but she didn't tell Sophie that she "just ripped her's in half" i love the book!!

Still my most fave book series ever
I have been heartbroken and I know what it feels like to be so emotionally drained that you feel empty. Sure Will could eventually find someone, but the fact that he went through something so painful right then would break anyone's heart. I am sad for Will because I know what it feels like to be shattered and I am happy for Jem that he will know love before he dies (if he does). Just because people are sad for Will, doesn't mean Jem doesn't matter. No need act witty.
This book tears me in two... I have absolutely no idea what to think in the least I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH

I love Will so much!!! Yes, I am in love with a book character. I am in love with a lot of book characters. But Will and Fang (Fang is from Maximum Ride by James Patterson) are my favourites.

I agree; my friend and I both read TID and in the first book, I could understand where Tessa chose Jem -- he's very kind to her-- but in the 2nd and 3rd book, it was obvious that Will and Tessa belong together.

will has more feelings in the story than the rest, he feels pain love, devotion and protectiveness towards those he loves. will has his secrets, secrets he keeps to protect people, he is one of the best charaters in a book, in fact my favorite character.
