Also if the business is already big in some bigger towns like if there is a lot of competition you can always see the smaller towns if you dont know this already. The original comment was funny tho.

Flipping domain's is much better now then before, it's not as easy but it's definitely a way to make a decent amount of money.

I’m just putting my laundry business on the market. It’s REALLY expensive to get into the business and it’s not that passive but I loved it. You gotta love what you’re doing or it’s not worth it.

In most larger cities they tend to average more than that. I personally average around $678,000 a year living about an hour from Houston and there’s a pretty significant number of areas around and in the Greater Houston Area where the average income is well over $400k a year.

Yeah I don’t believe the average person makes 100k annually maybe middle class though the most my house hold brings in sine I was a kid was about 20-30k and I know how little that is we struggled allot

I know of a DR. Saperstein that has a “Dry-Cleaning Chemical Transactional Holding Company”. Not to sure if it’s 100k good but he says he’s doing quite well.

Not to mention taxes, monthly costs , up keep and repairs making you approximately $120,000. A year or possibly less
In certain countries you give domains of registered trademarks to the owner for free, no matter how much you paid for them!
