Lo que muchos te diran es que bajes el peso de la bola. Si usas 16lbs pues baja a 15. PERO, en realidad yo diria que mejor empieces a practicar con dos manos. Es lo que les diria especialmente a todos los nuevos jugadores.

muy bien explicado, asi funciona el release, pero es mas como un yoyo invertido en vez de soltar, es empujar.

Si no puedo mantener la muñeca en esa posiciom porque es pesada la bola, que me recomiendas
