@@galaxy_kitten95tbf around the same time I can think of another reason why some female fans unsubscribed. I watched him back then and he used to be roommates with another youtuber, Einshine, and frequently collaborated with him. Some very bad stuff came out about Einshine (iirc he was caught hitting up underage female fans) so I can see female fans unsubscribing from Joey as well in solidarity. When the news dropped he completely distanced himself from the guy but (as far as I remember) but the situation was never addressed other than him vaguely mentioning a few months later that he cut out some toxic people from his life. Not that he necessarily needed to address it, but yeah I can see some female fans leaving if they heard about that
I knew Garnt and Sydney were dating because i was doing the abridging thing when Sydney did a crowd funding for her flight to the UK. I remember I was young and suddenly had disposable income so I gave her £200 towards the flight.

What's hard to understand about that? Hardly anyone moves out of California because they don't like it here, people move away because it's cheaper to live almost anywhere else.

I am a recent viewer but it seems like people knew Garnt was dating because Sydney and him sort of just started acting like a couple. He never really announced it. It went from him not really hiding it but not saying it to just straight up talking about it. I have only been a fan for 16 moths so can't say much thought on it. That smell discussion at the start might explain a lot about me. Never thought you could potentially smell genetics

I think I first knew Garnt was dating from his anime in 2014 video. He ends it with a sketch where he explains the reason part 2 was late is because he was busy with other things at which point Sydney jumps him.

gigguk and sidney felt like we were already on season 2 of an anime that was on broadcast. we(the audience) skiped s1 and they(the relationship) are already established and we were just left to fill in the gaps, but at the same time felt as natural as it feels. like its all been there all along so its not needed to be said..

Lot of that "Normies Reee" humor plus a few jokes about her not knowing what she was in for. Definitely pre-trash taste / sydsnap as I remember that being the first time I saw Gigguk's actual face.

I dated a girl for a bit but had to break it off because of her scent. Right out of the shower, she smelled acrid and sour to me.
connor seems more and more disinterested in trash taste, him on his phone while the other two are trying to keep the show running, him fucking off in the middle of the podcast while there is a guest, him being late for their trash taste after dark.... i can name a couple more incidents like that but u get the idea. he also seems checked out from the conversations sometimes while garnt trying to keep the conversation going. forcing a podcast just for the sake of it is just so boring. just do it once a month maybe they will seem more interested and won't have to force conversation
I think you're looking way too deep into it, Connor is just busier than the other 2 with all these events he's attending so and alot of recent convos were just alot of stuff Connor doesn't really have anything thing to talk about like relationship or anime. If it's anything about movies and shows he will literally cut in every second. Man is just busy and tt is one part of his job he doesn't need to pour his 100% into everytime.
This was a drinking episode, he was tipsy, part of the whole charm of this episode was that they were just chilling

@@Jepze158 That's implying that the podcast was his main focus which it never was. It's not his main or any of their main source of income or ways to express their creativity. And trash taste is one thing he can slack off on time to time without any major consequence, something he can't do when he participates in Lud's event or the cyclethon. He's just trying to expand his horizons and presence right now and trash taste is one of the thing he can cut back for it.
