A survey and presentation of Georgian film master Aleksander Rekhviashvili (ალექსანდრე რეხვიაშვილი), the poet of timelessness, produced with the support of the Georgian National Film Center.
Still unknown to most cinephiles outside of Georgia, the singular work of Rekhviashvili deserves a wider recognition and this essay seeks to change that by highlighting the films and main features found in his oeuvre.
