Ignorance of commenters!! Trying to crack an examination and training yourself to be a bureaucrat are two different things. Shows why people can never crack it with such falthu mindset😂. The idea Athar sir is trying to deliver here is to make you a bureaucrat, a better personnel not to crack "aur ek" exam.
Roman Sir's tips give us too much strength to start preparation for upsc. His clarity on all the strategies is mesmerizing. I think everyone has different approach, bt this kind of video can make any one scare n specially beginners. Roman sir has a great positive attitude so first of all we shud follow his strategy n afterwards if needed then come to this video.

Searching Truth actually he cracked in his second attempt and must hv got time to read all that.I found Tina's resources more useful as they were note based from Vajiram which are made in exam oriented approach.

This video is not for beginners i think.Too many books which can help indirectly but not directly. This video is for those who are in advanced stage of preperation.Its not useful for the beginners.There are many good videos than this one.

Very simple strategy with lesser volumes of books would suffice with multiple revisions.

Sir , I am Mritunjay Sharma from Humanities stream and have given boards. I have some doubts which I would like to ask.
1. Do we only have to study only from UPSC syllabus or from these books for exam or from other books also?
2. I am not that good with Maths and I did not take it in class 11th and 12th. Will Maths questions come in the exam?
3. I did not study Geography and Economics in class 11th and 12th, do I need to prepare it too?
4. Should I start preparing for IAS from now instead of after completing after graduation?
5. How can I improve my English like we have to write an essay?
6. Sir, frankly asking- मैंने IAS sample paper में देखा था सारे प्रश्न 15-20 अंक के होते हैं , is it possible to write this much length? बहुत lenghty नही हो जाएगा ?

If you really want to crack IAS there is no need to read a dozen of books for each subject in order to qualify. If you have a lot of time and could remember everything even after that then fine go for that but i've seen a bunch of other videos where most of them said that there is no absolute necessity to read a hell lot of books you could rather revise each book a number of times and could clarify the topics that are not well explained through the internet.
Which newspapers are good of Kashmir province... Aaftaab, Tameel irshad, Mashriq, Greater kashmir, kashmir times,.... I like Mashriq newspaper among above all

For starting preparation of upsc everyone suggest NCERT books but I have a doubt that which standard of Ncert of social science is suitable for gaining knowledge... Can I have to start from class 6 Ncert books or 9 ...suggest me plz....

I need a clarification as I am in dilemma. I'm going through the notes prepared by some institutions and websites for current affairs, daily as they are uploading. And I'm not going through the paper at all. Is that okay? because I feel that the notes they give is more informative and is much relevant than what I prepare. And that is good for me.
