Awesome bomb video. Love it. I'm sorta a sketchy HSK4 level so mix this one up all the time. Thanks for the universal at the end gang gang for all. Ha I stil haven't switch my keyboards to dual languages as I find it a nightmare to deal with that next step

Love“IT” can you do something or have done already on "的时候“ I'm a little confused. What is the difference between "我到车站等的时候,他正在汽车。" and ”我到车站的时候, 他正在车站等
” if I was to use the following words + 的时候 within the sentences. I created those from this combination + 的时候。 Words =+ correct grammar : “到车站 等汽车”。 Do you get what I mean? ie Use 正在 for telling that somebody or something is in the middle of some process ( which can take some time) . an example I have taken from a book is ...昨天我去他家的时候他正在看书呢

I think your mistake is that you are making sentences up (which are not proper Chinese) using some "official" rules, instead of paying attention to actual Chinese sentences and go on copy them. To be concrete: in all the examples given you should skip 的时候 and they'll be just fine. I'll explain more if you're interested

@@adrianzondervan6521 Thankyou. All exaples were taken from a Chinese text learning book. I didn't make up. Interested if you have more examples

@@stevemillarband1 Ok, so I'd say the writers of your textbook made them up. Textbooks are often notorious for such "mistakes", and Chinese people tend to get very "formal" explaining their language (not Karen 老师). First off, I think/feel it is improper to combine 到 and 等 in one clause (as it is in your first sentence). At least I don't get what this sentence is supposed to mean. Second, to express "when I got there, he had left" you can just say: Wo dao zheli, ta jiu zou le. Now from this simple structure you can work upwards in complexity, but only if necessary. Your last sentence I would "improve" as follows: 我昨天去他家(呢),他看着书呢 . If you arrive at a house it is a single moment so I feel 'de shihou' shouldn't be used, interrupting some continous action on the part of the person who is reading. --Well, in any case you can take my confidence with a grain of salt

冈 纲 刚 钢 There isn't enough difference between gang1, gang1gang1, and gang1cai to merit a video (and this isn't the first or only video on these 3 words!) BUT there IS an interesting productive character series which does NOT have it's own video. ...You know what to do.

    Gang1
    ridge, mound, foothill

    Gang1
literally head rope of a fishing net and thereby metaphorically: key link guiding principle class outline program

    gang1
    exactly; hard; firm; strong
most often seen as gang1 gang1, gang1 cai just now
The dao blade radical to the right indicates the idea of precision
The gang1 character indicates the sound.

    Gang1

Ridge, Rigid Rope Rule, Strong Steel Net GANG1!
