(1)..shop ready made puff pastry
(2)...1 egg whisked for sealing and glaze
(3)...1 pack 8 chosen sausages

I never knew you could proper cook in them.. I just use it for chips. Now I can try other things so much cheaper than the big normal oven.

I do very much the same, except I add either a mustard to the sausage or a chutney.Wrap it over ,egg wash then sprinkle with sesame seeds 😊

Yes haggis sounds nice some kind meat or bread crumbs to bind it together.

What do they look like underneath?
Probably not as crisp and brown as above, which is always the case in an airfryer since the heat burst comes from above.
