I am a RN, my mother passed away from MDS. Of course we touched on this in school but that was years ago and not till 13 years ago when my mother was diagnosed did I dig deep on the pathophysiologic of this disease.

I was diagnosed a month ago as well.
What path of treatment did they give you?
They gave me 7+3 treatment and I finished it and currently waiting for the WBC to become higher .
They plan on giving me a Bone marrow transplant, since I am displaying lymphomic markers.

My mom just got diagnosis with AML. I have been searching youtube to try to get more info. So much to learn.
I have a question though. Why do you use the big M works and not the little M word?
