I just made this, It was perfect! I have made this style stir fry before , but this was the simplest and best recipe for beef with tomatoes I've found. (I'm not crazy about the recipes that call for ketchup in the ingredients) In the summertime my garden tomatoes are ripening and so I need to make them many different ways and this stir-fry is my favorite way. I will say I was a bit concerned about the lack of a sauce in the prep, but the cooked tomatoes created a sauce that was just right. I added some cilantro in the end because I generally like it and I felt it was a good addition if you have it on hand.
I love your recipes they are easy and delightful. Our favorites are Mongolian beef and lo mien. And pretty much anything with chicken and shrimp😅. Thanks for these great dinners. ❤
When I was growing up my parents took me to a Chinese restaurant..the food was amazing. My favorite dish was called Beef Tomato Chow Yuk and it looked exactly like this. I can still taste it. Y can’t wait to try this recipe.
This looks really good think I put too much corn starch as a bit of stodgy mess but great recipe. Hopefully I am alive tmrw and put rice wine vinegar hopefully that's the same thing!
