- Made this earlier, thought you guys might enjoy! I've been experimenting with 24 fps, which gives a lot smoother of a walk cycle. For this particular film, I used 24 fps and 15 fps interchangeably, with the fight scene using 15 fps and the walk cycles using 24.
If you came down this far, here's some candy. O - It's a candy ring. - Hry
I would like to make animations like you. I love it!
Thanks!! I've found that one of the greatest tips for animating is don't try to make it "perfect". I've been in situations where I would try to get a scene just "right", and inevitably, it never reached what I envisioned. Another pretty basic tip is easing in and out (start the movement slow and speed up, and then slow down again). This creates the illusion of weight, and makes it smoother!
This stop motion looks amazing!
Well done ;)
Thanks!
Someones improved
Cool and this is so smooth nice
Thanks! :)
Wow
Wow, nice job!
Thanks a lot!
@@GlinFilm np!
This was really smooth!! What camera do you use? (Or phone)
Thanks! I use a Canon Rebel T3i
@@GlinFilm Nice! Do you use Dragon Frame? (Just asking for future reference. I want to switch from my phone to a camera one day
@@Luckystreak Yeah I use Dragonframe. I used to use my phone for all my stop motions, but recently I decided to upgrade and it’s been a complete game changer! It’s a lot easier to quickly make good looking stop motions with it.
wow so smooth how many frames per second is that
I believe it was at 15, and then slowed to 12 for the fight
@@GlinFilm nice thanks
Nice! I love the fight scene very smooth and life like! I am doing a live stream tomorrow, its among us but a bunch of us all like and make the same kind of content you do. Come in and chat yourself up, get some views! It would be great exposure for you!
Sounds awesome, I might be able to tune in!
@@GlinFilm Sweet! Hope to see you there!
