I love when you film from my home city. The view of 95, the navy yard, stadiums, and bridges are always nice. ☺
+K. Genrette I've flown a lot out of Philadelphia! It's always a treat for me!
Awesome engine sound and view

Wow, great video :-) These Trent 700s Produce a Superb Sound, they are of the RB breed.
scotrail82 Yeah, they're quite excellent! Glad you enjoyed them!
Awesome mate ! Thanks for sharing, love the 332 rolls Royce engine sound ;)
SEB LX I'm really glad you liked it so much! Thank you for taking the time to comment!
l could happily listen to a Trent 700 on full for hours. Superb clip mate, one of the best ones I've seen (or rather heard), as the 700 often makes quite a subdued growl, but you've got it perfectly here!
D335Media It's a great engine! Glad you liked it so much! Thank you for the comment!
Perfect Sound :-D I like it!!!!
Wonderful sound! I loved it.
Flightbudy2channel Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for the comment!
Can anyone else agree that during takeoff the engine sounded a little similer to the Boeing 777 200 Trent 800. Otherwise amazing takeoff!
+Majin VegetaSixThreeTwo They do have a similar sound! Glad you liked the video! Thank you for the comment!
Because the Trent 800 was based on the Trent 700, so they have a similar howl at spool up.
Amazing engine sound!
Pilot738 Glad you liked it! Thank you for the comment!
Really nice Video with nice views and sounds! Thanks for sharing!
+efbeVideo Glad you enjoyed the video! It was a pleasure to film! Thank you for your comment!
Amazing sounds, Amazing views, Amazing video Nice one mate!
Alex Barnes Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the comment!
Amazing engine roar on takeoff. Well done. The plane might be new to US Airways before AA.
pbateson Glad you enjoyed it! This was filmed last year before they repainted it! Thanks for the comment!
Don't get me wrong, I like the engine sound. Not sure if I'd like to hear it on long flights though.
a few days ago i went to florida via 2 us airways a321s recorded some vids of planes and will finish uploading the full flight back home soon.
GREAT VIDEO. I WOULD LIKE TO FLY ON A A330 ONE DAY.
+Dj Heath Glad you enjoyed it! It's a great aircraft! Thank you for the comment!
us air changed their name to american airlines, but i still see they use their original livery, with I'm glad they did
+Chef Ness :3 Yeah, this was filmed back in 2014!
***** i lost my videos on my us airways flight i actually posted 2 vids at least tho.
Incredible what? Anyone with a camera can’t do this. Wanabee!
RB211's all the way, baby ;)
+Wayne Masters Actually, these are Trent 700s, but RB211s too, please! ;)
+Kevin Metz Indeed! My parents used to work for Rohr Industries (now Goodrich Aerospace)... Mom used to work on the 727 hush kit project for the ever noisy PW engines, and on the RB211 project, among others. I love this sort of thing. RR engines are the best. Nothing in the world sounds as awesome as one of these babies taking off... well, with the exception if they're on a ratty DC-10/MD-11 ;) One of the worst planes ever built. Its a shame that Lockheed ceased the L-1011 production - was a far better aircraft, had a superior performance and safety record compared to the DC/MD.
+Wayne Masters I agree...but, I admit, I am a sucker for GE powerplants too ;)
But besides that, RRs are the best!
+Wayne Masters DC-10/MD-11 were GE or P&W only.
I was just wondering why was a A330-200 used for a short flight? An a320 a321 would normally be the plane for this flight. Great video and keep making them! 😊
Ian Meredith They do this to increase aircraft utilization before departures leave for Europe from Charlotte and Philadelphia! Glad you liked the video so much! Thank you for the comment!
That is correct I didn't think of that. Have a good night
I've gotta wonder what kind of seating retrofits AA is going to make to the 330s when the merger is complete...
***** It's my understanding they're going to leave the A330 as is. The old "Envoy Cabin" is, in my opinion, equally functional asthe new AA Business cabin. I'm more curious about what the A350 interior will be like as that was a Legacy US Airways order.
***** It'll be interesting to see how the merger continues!
When you film are you mostly traveling on business? If so, what industry are you in? I'd like to fly as much as you.
+interstategar Mostly leisure, though my business class flying is mostly just saving up a bit!
***** Nice. If I ever won the lottery I would do the same thing just flying around, stay over night at a great hotel and fly out the next day. And just keep going on and on. Nothing beats flying in style.
Haha, you seem a tiny bit over enthusiastic here, but, good video.
Why is US Airways? I thought US Airways is American Airlines
This was about 6 months before they were fully merged
