- Starting archery the right way will save you money, frustration and possible injury. To side step buyers remorse and being stuck with a bow you don't want & or cant shoot. Take the time to shoot all styles and make an informed decision.
My personal bow equipment

$1500 isn’t all that bad... but then the extra extra extra starts LOL. But at least I’m not spending 5 bucks a shot forever like my long range rifle friends. Great video
Unless you're losing and or destroying arrows lol. I feel like it's cheaper overall. For 2k+ you're fully upgraded in archery. You can spend that on entry level glass on a rifle.

I picked up a bow June of 2021 and i haven’t put it down. It’s my peace and I shoot daily. I do the work so that I can be successful. I’ve shady shot close to 100 this morning. Archery is part of my daily life.

Question which did you choose first I would like to get into it competition and just for fun
Hunting compound bow. I had no clue what the difference was. I just wanted to shoot. Then I started going to league nights and that's when I saw the difference between hunting and target compound bows. In this video the only bows that aren't mine is the crossbow and the recurve.

I'm a compound competition shooter and I love it. Here in Texas indoor season starts early November. Google indoor archery, archery stores etc to see what's near you.
