🥐 Appetizer: Mini croissants with cream cheese
🍣 Second: Salmon citrus tartar
🍽️ Main: Pork with herb-panko on mashed potatoes with tomato and anchovy paste
🍮 Dessert: Almond panna cotta with banana puree, coconut milk and fresh pineapple
