started teaching separation throws last year having never seen them. great minds think alike.
The separation drill seems like it's better suited for hip internal rotation dominant throwers.

I like separation drill
How do you feel about the rocker throw with a leg lift on the rock back? I think it's a good tool for players that have a hard time loading their hips. I'm not a big fan of the traditional rocker.
