chain lightning stopping once it kills something has to be a bug as a result of the no longer being able to chain off dead bodies right? using a high tier spell for what is basically a souped up zap cant be right.

Buff duration and high willpower
Wizard is kinda ass in that its spells and playstyle is SO limited at low to mid levels and tier, but at high tier with purple gear wizard is a monster due to damage, buff duration, and much more. It’s what driven people away from wizard,the devs keep nerfing wizard to stop the high tier players from being OP but 99% of wizards aren’t top 50 wizards… they need to buff the base class and nerf the bonuses armor gives late game. Cuz the class plays like shit without all the gear.
